Rosetia counts how its pages are read, anonymously, to decide what to write and at which level.
We count the pages you open and how long and how far you read, the words you tap, your quiz answers, how long a quiz takes and whether you resume one, your level and language switches and the sources you open, along with the site you came from, the language you use the site in, your country and your type of device.
Each page's records are kept for 2 days, then only as daily totals, for up to 25 months. The site runs on Vercel, which also measures load speed, and its data is stored with Supabase in Stockholm.
Your browser also keeps a few things for you: your settings, a quiz's answers for a day so you can pick it up again, the last 50 quizzes you finished so the results can suggest another level, and whether you have seen the tip about tapping words. The language and level of the stories and the site's language are cookies that go to Rosetia with each page you open; the rest stays in your browser.
